Malcolm Norwood Scholarship

Delta State students will show their work in competition for the Malcolm Norwood Scholarship, awarded by the Crosstie Arts Council for the piece of art judged outstanding by the jurors. Any full-time Delta State University art major is eligible.

This scholarship honors the efforts of Mr. Norwood, former chairman of the DSU Art Department, as the first Crosstie Festival director and its longtime supporter.
